A: That depends! If you are ordering a non-embellished order, we are happy to ship your apron order within 1-2 business days after we receive your order. If we have the pleasure of receiving your order by 12 pm noon Eastern Standard Time, we will begin processing your order that same day. Typically orders will go out the next day - should your order arrive after 12 pm noon, it will begin processing on the next business day, and it will ship 1-2 days thereafter.
If you are ordering personalized aprons, depending on the quantity of aprons, your order will be embellished and shipped typically within 5-7 business days. But please note that this can vary depending on the time of year. Feel free to contact us if you need a better understanding of our current production schedule/times.
A: We ship via UPS Ground. We also have expedited shipping available, upon request.
A: Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship to a PO Box.
A: At the moment, we primarily serve the entire United States and Canada. However we have and will ship to other countries. Please email or call us to discuss your order and location. We will do everything we can to help.
A: Many of our customers order our aprons as gifts, and we are happy to say we do not include any pricing on our packing slips.
A: We only charge Sales Tax for orders in IL and the tax rate is 10.25%. All other orders are not taxed. If you are interested in reselling our aprons, let us know and we can provide our aprons to you without charging sales tax (as long as you send us your resale license, etc).
A: Your credit card will be billed at the time we ship the order for all blank (unembellished) aprons – if we are doing an embellished order, we will charge the card at the time the order is placed, due to the nature of our customized merchandise.
A: Your security is our top priority! We use the industry-standard, safe 128 bit encryption technology.
A: At this time, we are more than happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal or checks.
A: Although the overwhelming majority of our customers cannot wait to receive their aprons, if you do need to cancel, we are happy to honor your request. Please call our toll-free customer service number at 1.800.APRON.23 within 24 hours of the time you placed your original order. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our customized process, we cannot cancel an embellished order if we have begun production – however we never start production until we get your approval on a sample.

A: We are open whenever you want to enjoy our aprons -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! A: To embroider or screenprint your logo, we require a minimum of 48 aprons. However we often can do smaller quantities upon request but pricing becomes more expensive.
A: At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping. gift. However, we do not offer any gift wrapping beyond this packaging.
A: Yes! We have an entire division at our company that specializes in these orders! We can put your company name or logo on our aprons – with screenprinting or embroidery – although embroidery is longer lasting and more popular in almost all cases.
A: We do offer discounts on huge bulk orders. We provide aprons to various organizations around the globe and are happy to reward you or your organization with a discount based on larger quantities. Please contact us so we can discuss your needs.
